The Gold Protection applies if your outward transportation is cancelled and you call us (not email) at any time up to the scheduled departure time. In that case, we will reschedule the affected transferservice at no cost or provide a full refund.
You can request changes to your Booking by email, Live Chat, phone or through the ‘My Booking’ section of the website 48 hours prior to your transfer time. Changes are subject to availability and will not be confirmed until your new voucher has been issued. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge.
