Where will I be picked up?

At Airports, Cruise Ports or Train Stations, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall or at a specific meeting point which will be communicated in your booking voucher, which you’ll receive once the booking has been paid. The driver will wait with the lead passenger's name or a sign.

We offer door to door services on all our destinations. In this case, you will be picked up at the accommodation address you have selected on step 3 of our online booking process when making your booking.

There are however, some destinations where a door-to-door service is not possible. If that is the case, our Customer Service team will contact you after you have completed your booking.

The reasons for not being able to provide a door to door service would be the following:

  • The access is temporarily restricted
  • The Hotel/Address is situated in a place where normal cars are not allowed or able to enter
  • The address is situated in a pedestrian area
  • The vehicle chosen is not able to enter/reach the address (especially larger vehicles)

In cases like these, the driver will drop you off/ pick you up as close as possible to your accommodation. For further details, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat.
