What happens if I can't find my driver?
If you are unable to find the driver, please contact us immediately on the 24/7 telephone numbers printed on your booking voucher or via Live Chat.
Unless you get in touch with us, we will not be able to offer our assistance in finding your driver and providing the service you have booked.
Any alternative travel arrangements you may make that are not authorised by our Customer Service team will be non-refundable.
