How can I apply my Credit Note or Travel Voucher?

If you have previously been issued a Credit Note or Travel Voucher by and would like to apply it to a new booking:

Make your booking on, as you would normally. Click 'CONTINUE' at the end of the booking process.


You will now be asked for your payment card number. DO NOT PROCEED. Keep this page open.

Now please contact us by dialling any of the priority numbers displayed on your original booking voucher (press 3 for the options menu to be transferred to our Customer Service Team):

Our representative will ask you to quote your original booking reference, against which the credit note was issued and apply it on the new booking you just created.

Alternatively, visit this page, fill in a Contact Form and we will get in touch with you in order to apply the Credit Note for you (for Last Minute bookings, please call to ensure availability)
