What happens if my flight, train or ship is early?

Our drivers monitor flight schedules, including early arrivals. Whenever possible, they adjust the transfer service to meet you at your actual landing time. However, in some cases it may not be possible to send the driver earlier than the agreed schedule. If your flight lands ahead of time, please be aware that you may need to wait until the original pick-up time.

If your train is early please wait for the driver at the meeting point specified on your booking voucher until the scheduled pick up time.

If your ship is early please wait for the driver at the meeting point specified on your booking voucher until the scheduled pick up time.
