What happens if my flight is cancelled?

If your arrival flight is cancelled and you have not booked Gold Protection, a refund is not due. We may be able to reschedule your outward transfer using the new flight details provided by you, but a new payment would be required.

If your return flight is cancelled, a refund will not be due. We may be able to reschedule your outward transfer using the new flight details provided by you, but a new payment would be required.

If you have booked the Gold Protection and you contact us before the scheduled flight departure time, we may rescheduled your transfer at no extra cost (depending on availability) or refund you in full for the transfer.
