How can I make a complaint?

If the service you have received did not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will review your case. Complaints should be received no later than 28 days after your return date.

Any issues during travel should immediately be brought to our attention at the time of the transfer in order to give us an opportunity to take action or provide assistance. Our priority numbers are displayed on your booking voucher.
