Do you cater for wheelchair users and people with disabilities?

We will do our utmost to cater for any special requirements you may have.

We have recently added the option to book "wheelchair adapted vehicles" for some routes. This means that the passenger using the wheelchair may board the vehicle through a ramp. Electric wheelchairs and scooters cannot be transported on any of our vehicles.

If a Wheelchair Adapted vehicle is not available to book online (when it does not appear in the vehicles list results), in most cases we still offer the option to add a foldable wheelchair to the booking. On step 2 of our online booking process, we display this option as one of the extras available for the journey. That extra means that you can bring a foldable wheelchair and that the passenger using the wheelchair is able to board the vehicle on his own or with the help of the members of his party. We do not charge for transportation of manual foldable wheelchairs.
