What is Gold Protection?
Gold Protection is a form of protection that applies if your flight / train / ship gets cancelled and you call to inform us any time before the scheduled transfer time. We will then either reschedule the affected transfer service at no cost (subject to availability) or give you a full refund for the affected transfer.
