I have booked the Gold Protection. Can I change or cancel my booking at any time at no extra cost?
Gold Protection applies only if your flight is cancelled and you contact us via phone (not email) at any time before the scheduled time of your transfer. As this is subject to availability, we will do our best to reschedule your transfer free of charge. If there is no availability to reschedule your transfer, we will refund you in full for the affected transfer.
