My transportation details have changed. How can I reschedule my transfer?
Any changes to your transportation details need to be requested through the “My Booking” panel on our website at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
For any changes less than 48 hours prior to the date and time of travel, you should contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat.
